Furnished, No? this is a socialized housing projects. Furnishing such as appliances and furniture are not included.

This project is currently on pre-selling and development/construction will start by this quarter. Move in depends on the following:
ReplyDelete1. Equity should have been fully paid
2. Loan Take out from PAGIBIG
3. Unit must be already erected and deemed liveable.
Anyway, pagibig will not approve any loan application if house is not yet constructed.
The target completion of the project is within the next 18-24 months.

ReplyDeleteYes it could happen that the monthly equity plus pagibig amortization could possibly meet if the unit are available and loan approval is approved, taken out during the equity period but these are most likely to happen snce the equity period is 30 months, and construction of the houses have not started yet. In this case, you will be paying the equity first and pag.ibig amortization will follow once your loan is approved and taken out.
